I haven't trapped since I was a kid so I was a little rusty. Ztraps are great, I have never had a coon get out of them. I just put cat food below the trigger and sardines at the top.

Hey Neil just wanted to say thanks for making such a great trap, I have 172 of them now, and they are awesome. I use z caps on all my traps and its funny that some people don't understand the many uses and benefits for them, or how much time they save. The fact that the spring can be loaded and pre-baited was enough for me. Thanks again, I have and will continue to promote your traps to every trapper who brings up DP traps!

Great trap for coon. I haven't lost any coon. Also, the z-cap is great for keeping mice out and the rain. Raccoon seems not to have a problem flipping the cap off. I preset all my traps at home before leaving.

Hey I just wanted to let you know my uncle and I bought two dozen white z traps to try this year and we are very satisfied with them. So far we have caught 90% of our coons in them and only a few opossum. Since we liked them so much we just traded all of our 1 1/2 coils for 5 dozen more ztraps so that will be all we run from now on. Great product!
